NO PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THIS IS A SKILL-BASED CONTEST. WINNERS WILL NOT BE SELECTED AT RANDOM. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

The Amped Fitness Creator Challenge (“Challenge”) is sponsored by Amped Fitness® (“Sponsor” or “Amped Fitness”). By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Amped Fitness, which are final, binding, and non-appealable in all respects.

1. Challenge Period

The Challenge begins on June 1, 2026 and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, unless extended, shortened, modified, suspended, or canceled by Amped Fitness in its sole discretion.

Amped Fitness reserves the right to modify the Challenge Period at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

The Challenge is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, vendors, agencies, representatives, and immediate family members or household members of Amped Fitness, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising agencies, promotional partners, prize suppliers, and any other parties involved in the administration of the Challenge may be ineligible to participate or win, as determined by Amped Fitness in its sole discretion.

Amped Fitness reserves the right to determine eligibility for any participant at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion.

3. No Purchase or Membership Required

No purchase, payment, membership, day pass, product purchase, service purchase, or other paid relationship with Amped Fitness is required to enter or win.

Eligible content may be created in one of the following ways:

1. Inside an Amped Fitness location by a member, guest, pass holder, or other person with authorized access; or
2. From publicly accessible exterior areas of an Amped Fitness location, including the front of the gym, exterior signage areas, sidewalks, parking areas, or other publicly accessible areas, provided the content features or references Amped Fitness in a manner consistent with these Official Rules and applicable law.

Participants are not required to enter an Amped Fitness club or purchase any Amped Fitness membership, pass, product, or service to participate.

Participants filming from exterior or public areas must not obstruct entrances, sidewalks, parking lots, roadways, emergency exits, fire lanes, accessibility routes, member traffic, employee activity, or club operations. Participants must comply with all posted rules, property rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws. Amped Fitness may require any person to stop filming, relocate, or leave the premises at any time in its sole discretion.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Create original content featuring or referencing Amped Fitness;
2. Film the content at, inside, outside, or in front of an Amped Fitness location, in accordance with these Official Rules;
3. Post the content publicly on a social media platform during the Challenge Period;
4. Use the hashtag #AmpedSummer;
5. Tag @ampedfitnessgym;
6. Tag the applicable local Amped Fitness club, if applicable or available;
7. Keep the post public through winner selection and prize fulfillment.

Participants may submit multiple entries. Each entry must comply with these Official Rules. Multiple entries do not guarantee selection or improve any guaranteed odds of winning.

Amped Fitness is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, deleted, hidden, private, misdirected, inaccessible, mislabeled, removed by a platform, blocked by privacy settings, not properly tagged, not captured by hashtag search, or otherwise not discovered or reviewed.

Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt, review, eligibility, or selection.

5. Prizes

Amped Fitness intends to award the following prizes:

Grand Prize: $10,000

Second Place Prize: $5,000

Category Awards: Ten winners may each receive $1,000

Total intended prize pool: $25,000.

Amped Fitness reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, substitute, reduce, withhold, reallocate, or not award any prize if Amped Fitness determines that no eligible entry sufficiently meets the Challenge criteria, brand standards, legal requirements, or other requirements.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except by Amped Fitness. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, reporting obligations, fees, and costs associated with accepting or using a prize.

Winners may be required to submit a valid Form W-9, identification, payment information, and other tax or verification documentation before receiving any prize.

6. Winner Selection

This is a skill-based contest. Winners will not be selected by chance or random drawing.

All winners will be selected by Amped Fitness in its sole and absolute discretion.

Amped Fitness may consider any factors it deems relevant, including but not limited to:

• Creativity
• Originality
• Storytelling
• Editing quality
• Views
• Engagement
• Virality
• Community response
• Brand fit
• Production quality
• Authenticity
• Safety
• Compliance with club rules
• Compliance with these Official Rules
• Overall representation of Amped Fitness.

Amped Fitness may give more or less weight to any judging factor at any time. Amped Fitness is not required to use a scoring rubric, disclose judging notes, explain selection decisions, or select the entry with the most views, likes, comments, shares, followers, impressions, or engagement.

All decisions by Amped Fitness are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

7. Category Awards

Amped Fitness may award category prizes for content categories such as:

• Best Cinematic Edit
• Funniest Video
• Best Transformation Story
• Best Workout Video
• Best Couple/Friend Video
• Best Trend Adaptation
• Best Motivational Video
• Best Lifestyle Content
• Amped Choice Award
• People’s Choice Award
• Any other category announced, modified, or selected by Amped Fitness.

Amped Fitness reserves the right to rename, remove, combine, add, substitute, or modify categories at any time in its sole discretion.

For any People’s Choice or community voting component, Amped Fitness reserves the right to determine voting methods, eligibility, timing, vote limits, fraud prevention standards, tie-breakers, and final results. Amped Fitness may disregard votes it believes are fraudulent, automated, manipulated, purchased, duplicative, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Challenge.

Amped Fitness retains final authority over all category winners, including any People’s Choice winner.

8. Content Requirements

Entries must:

• Be original to the participant
• Feature or reference Amped Fitness
• Be filmed at, inside, outside, or in front of an Amped Fitness location
• Be posted publicly during the Challenge Period
• Use #AmpedSummer
• Tag @ampedfitnessgym
• Tag the applicable local Amped Fitness club, if applicable or available
• Follow all Amped Fitness club rules and policies
• Be safe, respectful, and appropriate for a public fitness environment
• Avoid explicit, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, violent, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or illegal content
• Avoid explicit music or third-party materials for which the participant does not have proper rights
• Avoid recording in locker rooms, bathrooms, changing areas, childcare areas, wellness/private treatment areas, or other private or restricted areas
• Avoid interfering with members, guests, staff, vendors, traffic, emergency access, or club operations.

9. Disqualification

Amped Fitness may disqualify any participant, entry, or potential winner at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion.

Grounds for disqualification may include, but are not limited to:

• Unsafe behavior
• Offensive, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or illegal content
• Filming in locker rooms, bathrooms, changing areas, or other restricted areas
• Improper gym attire
• Disruption of club operations
• Obstruction of entrances, sidewalks, parking lots, roadways, emergency exits, or accessibility routes
• Harassment of members, guests, employees, creators, vendors, or others
• Violation of Amped Fitness policies or club rules
• Violation of property rules or staff instructions
• Use of copyrighted music, footage, images, artwork, logos, trademarks, or materials without permission
• Violation of any social media platform rules
• Fake engagement, bots, purchased followers, purchased views, vote manipulation, artificial inflation, or other deceptive activity
• Misrepresentation, impersonation, fraud, or false information
• Content that Amped Fitness determines could damage its reputation, brand, members, employees, clubs, affiliates, franchisees, vendors, or business interests
• Any conduct Amped Fitness determines is inconsistent with the spirit, integrity, safety, or intended purpose of the Challenge.

Amped Fitness has no obligation to notify a participant before or after disqualification.

10. Content Ownership and License

Participants retain ownership of their submitted content, subject to the rights granted to Amped Fitness below.

By entering the Challenge, each participant grants Amped Fitness and its affiliates, franchisees, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, assigns, advertising agencies, marketing partners, and designees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, repost, publish, display, distribute, edit, adapt, modify, crop, excerpt, caption, translate, create derivative works from, advertise, promote, and otherwise exploit the submitted content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media, websites, mobile apps, email, SMS, paid media, digital ads, in-club screens, press materials, investor materials, internal communications, public relations, presentations, and future marketing campaigns.

Participants also grant Amped Fitness the right to use their name, image, likeness, voice, username, handle, profile image, biographical information, statements, city, state, and prize information for promotional, advertising, publicity, and commercial purposes without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval, unless prohibited by law.

Amped Fitness is not required to use, feature, credit, repost, or compensate any participant for submitted content except for prizes awarded in accordance with these Official Rules.

11. Rights of Other People in Content

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, consents, licenses, and releases from any person appearing in or contributing to their content.

Participants represent and warrant that:

• They own or have all rights necessary to submit the content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, or other legal rights
• Anyone appearing in the content has consented to being filmed and to Amped Fitness’ use of the content
• No minors appear in the content unless the participant has obtained all legally required parent or guardian permissions.

Amped Fitness may require written releases at any time. Failure to provide releases upon request may result in disqualification or forfeiture of prize eligibility.

12. Music and Third-Party Materials

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have all rights necessary to use any music, sound, image, video, logo, artwork, trend, meme, filter, effect, or third-party material included in an entry.

Availability of a sound, song, template, effect, or trend on a social media platform does not guarantee that the participant has rights to use it for this Challenge or that Amped Fitness has rights to repost, advertise, or otherwise use it.

Amped Fitness may disqualify, decline to repost, remove, edit, mute, or avoid using any content that includes third-party materials, even if the content is otherwise eligible.

13. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners may be contacted by direct message, email, phone, comment, or any other method selected by Amped Fitness.

A potential winner may be required to provide identification, tax documentation, payment information, signed releases, affidavits of eligibility, publicity releases, liability releases, content releases, and any other documents requested by Amped Fitness.

If a potential winner does not respond within the time period specified by Amped Fitness, cannot be verified, refuses to sign required documents, is found ineligible, provides false or incomplete information, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Amped Fitness may disqualify that person and select an alternate winner or choose not to award the prize.

14. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Challenge constitutes permission for Amped Fitness to use a participant’s name, likeness, image, voice, handle, username, content, statements, city, state, and prize information for advertising, promotional, publicity, and commercial purposes without additional compensation, approval, or notice.

15. Assumption of Risk

Participants understand that filming in or around a gym environment may involve risk. Participants are solely responsible for their own conduct, safety, filming choices, exercise activities, and interactions with others.

Participants should not attempt dangerous movements, unsafe stunts, reckless behavior, or any activity beyond their ability. Participants must follow all posted rules, staff instructions, property rules, and applicable laws.

Amped Fitness is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, claims, disputes, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Challenge, filming content, entering or being near an Amped Fitness location, using Amped Fitness facilities, accepting a prize, or appearing in submitted content.

16. Release of Liability

By participating, each entrant releases and holds harmless Amped Fitness, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, vendors, advertising agencies, promotional partners, prize suppliers, successors, assigns, and social media platforms from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to:

• Participation in the Challenge
• Creation, posting, publication, or use of content
• Filming at, inside, outside, near, or in front of an Amped Fitness location
• Violation of these Official Rules
• Violation of third-party rights
• Acceptance, receipt, use, misuse, or tax treatment of any prize
• Technical failures, platform outages, privacy settings, deleted content, lost entries, inaccessible posts, hashtag failures, or tagging errors
• Personal injury, death, property damage, reputational harm, emotional distress, or other alleged harm.

17. Indemnification

Each participant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Amped Fitness and its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, vendors, advertising agencies, promotional partners, prize suppliers, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

• The participant’s content
• The participant’s conduct
• The participant’s participation in the Challenge
• The participant’s presence at, inside, outside, near, or in front of an Amped Fitness location
• The participant’s violation of these Official Rules
• The participant’s violation of any law, regulation, platform rule, property rule, club rule, or third-party right
• Any claim that the content infringes or violates another person’s rights
• Any dispute between the participant and any other person appearing in or involved with the content.

18. Platform Disclaimer

The Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Meta, YouTube, X, Snapchat, or any other social media platform.

Participants release all social media platforms from any claims related to the Challenge. Participants are solely responsible for complying with each platform’s terms, policies, and community guidelines.

19. Technical Issues

Amped Fitness is not responsible for technical errors, platform outages, algorithm changes, shadowbanning, account restrictions, deleted posts, broken tags, hashtag errors, privacy settings, lost data, transmission failures, or any other issue that may prevent an entry from being discovered, reviewed, counted, or considered.

Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt, review, eligibility, or selection.

20. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel

Amped Fitness reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, shorten, cancel, or terminate the Challenge at any time, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, safety concerns, legal concerns, low participation, reputational concerns, operational issues, staffing limitations, property restrictions, platform changes, or any other circumstance that Amped Fitness determines may affect the integrity, administration, fairness, safety, legality, or intended purpose of the Challenge.

If the Challenge is canceled or modified, Amped Fitness may, in its sole discretion, select winners from eligible entries received prior to cancellation or modification, modify prize awards, or choose not to award some or all prizes.

21. No Guarantee of Winning or Feature

Participation does not guarantee winning, reposting, recognition, publicity, engagement, followers, membership benefits, or any other result.

Amped Fitness may feature some entries and not others for any reason or no reason. Being reposted, liked, commented on, shared, or otherwise acknowledged by Amped Fitness does not guarantee winner selection.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

The Challenge and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise determined by Amped Fitness or required by applicable law.

Participants waive any right to bring claims as a class, consolidated, representative, collective, or private attorney general action. Participants also waive any right to seek punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including lost profits.

23. Privacy

Information collected from participants may be used to administer the Challenge, verify eligibility, communicate with participants, fulfill prizes, issue tax documents, and promote Amped Fitness.

By participating, entrants agree to Amped Fitness’ use of their information in accordance with its privacy practices and applicable law.
