This is a reflection of our dedication to breaking the mold and ensuring that female leadership is not just supported but celebrated.
Our female leaders have been vital in sculpting Amped Fitness into the dynamic and welcoming space it is today. They are more than just professionals; they serve as mentors and advocates for health, inclusivity, and strength in all forms. Their influence was pivotal in establishing the Women’s Only Babe Cave®.

Stepping into a huge, packed gym can be overwhelming, even for seasoned fitness enthusiasts. The Babe Cave® provides a neutral space where women can focus on their fitness journey without the fear of judgment.
Don’t get it twisted, this isn’t just a pretty pink room, the Babe Cave® boasts an impressive array of state-of-the-art equipment. From free weights to smith machines, each piece of equipment was hand-selected to create an efficient and effective workout experience.
While keeping the equipment the most important part of the space, the detail in the design ALSO makes every corner of the room a potential photo-op. Decked out with a full faux-grass wall, neon signs, AND a hot pink throne, this workout space makes for the ultimate selfie-sesh to show off that pump! The magenta LED lights are a member-fav, infusing the space with great energy and creating a low-stress environment that encourages focus.
Amped Fitness® has raised the bar for women in fitness with their meticulously curated Babe Cave®.
This empowering space is a testament to our dedication to creating an environment where women can thrive, free of judgment or uncomfortable stares. From the state-of-the-art equipment to the fun atmosphere, every inch is designed with intent.
