At Amped, we’ve expertly curated a room designed to give women their very own space where they can lift, sweat, have fun, and feel empowered! We all know gyms can be intimidating for newcomers and veterans alike – not only because they tend to be male-dominated, but the variety of equipment can feel overwhelming. We’ve created a space with tons of state-of-the-art equipment for upper and lower body where women can move at their own pace, without the fear of judgment or peering eyes.

Our Babe Cave™ is where our selfie queens, tired moms, athletes, influencers, and anybody in between, can work out comfortably and feel stronger than yesterday! You have to see it to believe it.
